A community where yoga inspires connection and creativity ✨ We believe yoga is more than movement, it’s a way to bring people together. Through weekly gatherings that combine yoga with mindful, creative and social experiences, we create space for authentic connection, self-expression and belonging. Yoga • Connect • Create A weekly community gathering where we combine gentle yoga, meditation, and hands-on creative activities. An invitation to slow down and connect—with ourselves and with others. Two cities, one community. Join us for the 1st edition of the summer series, move mindfully, breathe deeply, and spark your creativity. What to expect: 🧘‍♀️ Meditation & mindful yoga (open to all levels) 🎨 Creative workshop (no artistic experience needed!) 🤍 A welcoming community and space to simply be. Each week we'll explore a new creative practice—painting, flower printing, crochet, collage, nature crafts, and more. The focus isn't on creating something perfect, but on enjoying the process and reconnecting with your playful, creative side. 📍 Every Saturday Düsseldorf -> Volksgarten | 10:30–12:00 | Starting July 11th Cologne -> Stadtgarten Park | 10:30–12:00 | Starting July 25th The event is donation-based to make it accessible to everyone, but we kindly ask you to consider a €5 contribution to cover the creative materials. Please book in advance so we can prepare enough materials for everyone. Bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, water, and your curiosity.
