Moving Prayers

Moving Prayers is a space for conscious movement, Trance Dance, embodiment and inner exploration in Cologne. We meet to move beyond words, reconnect with the body and let movement become a form of meditation, expression and prayer. Through music, free movement, breath, ritual and moments of stillness, we create space to listen to the body and explore what wants to move through us. No dance experience is needed. No choreography. No right or wrong way to move. Just come as you are. 🌿 📍 Köln 🌀 Conscious Dance · Trance Dance · Embodiment 🔥 Ritual · Intention · Inner Exploration 🤍 Everyone is welcome
